Capsicum annuum
Heirloom. Grown in its namesake farming town in Northern New Mexico for the last 300 years. Early maturing and is traditionally grown at 5,900 ft. Has 3 inch long fruits. Makes an excellent chili powder that has a mild heat with notes of fruitiness and chocolate.
